Right of Withdrawal / Returns (Voluntary Policy)

Under Swiss law, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. As a voluntary service, we nevertheless offer a return option under the following conditions.

1. Voluntary Return Period

If a purchased product does not meet your expectations or if you notice an error in your order, you may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
This return policy is voluntary and applies only if the conditions below are met.

2. Excluded Products

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following products are excluded from returns:
  • Opened, unsealed or used food supplements
  • Food products whose original packaging or seal has been damaged or opened
Returns are accepted only if the products are unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.

3. Return Registration (Required)

Please do not return any items without prior registration, as this may lead to processing errors.
To register a return, contact us by email at hello@popz.store and include the following information:
  1. your order number
  2. the reason for return
  3. the items you wish to return
Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email or on the enclosed invoice.

4. Preparing and Sending the Return

Once your return request has been approved, please ensure that:
  • the products are complete and undamaged
  • the original packaging is intact
  • your return address details are clearly indicated
You may then hand in the parcel at a post office counter.
Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

5. Refunds

After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days using the original method of payment.
Please note:
  • Return transit time is generally 1–3 business days within Switzerland and approximately one week from abroad

Important Notice
